John is the founder of The British Academy of Krav Maga & is a fully insured instructor with The British Combat Association.

Dara Hagi is a level 4 senior gymnastic coach with over 27 years of professional experience within the gymnastic world. As a qualified coach Dara is comprehensively insured by the British Gymnastics Association.

After competing and performing throughout the Middle East and Europe Dara now coaches both adults and children in the UK.

Specialzing in artistic gymnastics he has had long running success in teaching acrobatics, gymnastic floor routines, advanced stretching and strength conditioning. Dara also works with individuals from many different martial arts & combative disciplines who are looking for functional strength and flexibility.

When not running gymnastic classes or martial arts conditioning Dara is also a teacher and practitioner of salsa.
